Do I need a professional guide license?

In Turkey, a Ministry of Tourism issued guide license is required. We verify your license during onboarding. If you're in training, contact us — we can discuss options.

How does the commission work?

We take a platform commission from each booking (20% on Starter, 15% on Basic, 12% on Pro). You keep the rest. No hidden fees.

When do I get paid?

Earnings are calculated weekly (Monday–Sunday) and transferred to your IBAN every Friday. The minimum payout is €50.

Can I set my own prices?

Absolutely. You set your own price per person or per group. We recommend pricing based on your local market — our team can help.

What if a customer cancels?

You define your own cancellation policy (24h, 48h, or non-refundable). Our system enforces it automatically.

Is there a mobile app for guides?

Yes — our guide app (iOS & Android) lets you manage bookings, check in guests by QR code, and chat with travelers on the go.
